Use programs like:

Audacity, fruity loops etc, to determine that.

Firstly find out your box frequency then work on a song thats as close to it as possible or tune accordingly. Other ways of finding out song frequency is using a good multi meter, set to frequency, and checking your amp output frequency while the song is playing low volume. Please note this is dangerous to the amp only do it if you are sure you wont touch anything else or the body of the amp! This could blow the output stage on the amp.

2check s0me s0ngs with the frequency thatz cl0sest 2ur b0x frequency..u can als0 test 0n a termlab meter and get s0ng frequencies,when banging them in ur car
