The shows as it is are fine frm my point of view. Adding a hot dog and drink to the entry fee sound like an idea ja. Wil help alot for ppl that came frm far and al the expenss. Tropies prizes and stuf doesnt matter for me as I just love the fun and to hang out for the day. Bt its good to c what the cmpetitors want. I want fun wat do u want?

And o ja the guys that get sponserd and have shops and stuff. I thnk its little bit unfair towards the new guys who also want to cmpete. Cause if they c its kinda imposible to get in top 3. I thnk that guy is gne stop cmpeting. As I said sme do it for fun bt sme dont.

I like the idea of gettin the involvement of competitors. Bt then jst a suggestion we mst make use of jst 1 set of rules lyk dbdrag rulez. Coz its no use of makin your own rules or iasca rules coz most of our cars r build 4 dbdrags nd iasca r defnlty nt intestd in C.T nd its difficult 2 change ur audio setup 4 each comp. Nd therefor we nd the judges hav a better undstng of dbdrags. Jst a suggestion bt othawize GREAT idea nd a big step 4ward

Guys i like the topic as it gives me a better idea of what you need and this in turn helps me raise these issues with the international judges so that we do not get left out in the making of these rules.

As for which rules to build for: It's all up to you at the end of the day.

@ Damin: i will bring my engraver to the shows then you can engrave the score on the base. But even better - all our trophies have the event details on and you can use www.dbdrag.com as your logbook for event details and a full listing of the elimination brackets, distance travelled etc. Welcome to the digital age!

Everyone's ideas sounds great.i just hope we can stick to one show on one day & everyone to support each other, aswell as maybe a standard set of rules for local shows .just my 5cents.
